Tigi: The beauty of the old ways.

Tigi: The beauty of the old ways.

Look at it – the beautiful UMU

Can I just say for the record that our oven was broken not by me but by the people who made them –these electrical ovens are made to be broken so we can buy new ones every 3 years. It’s a conspiracy.

But with the Umu you can never go wrong – these are our natural ways of living and cannot be ignored. The food is better for your health too. And even better when washed down with my own handmade Tigi’s vai! All the nutrients you need.

Embrace these ways my children of the pacific – if tomorrow the power crashes, you must know how to survive by cooking your food the natural way.
